The Tocmoche zipline crosses the ravine from side to side. You launch from the park platform with harness, helmet and gloves, and staff clip you in and receive you at each end.

The first few seconds are the hard part; after that most people end up laughing and asking to go again. From the cable you see the whole valley, and with mist the sense of emptiness is even greater.

It is one of the two height activities on the tour, chosen between this and the Tibetan bridge. Both are done wearing the safety equipment and with staff alongside at all times.
