What we collect

When you book: full name, ID document, phone, email, details of fellow travellers and the payment receipt you upload.

When you write to us by WhatsApp or email: the contact details you provide and the content of your message.

Automatically, technical browsing data such as IP address, device type and pages visited.

What we use it for

To manage and confirm your booking, organise the departure and issue the corresponding receipt.

To contact you about your booking: confirmations, date changes or incidents.

To meet legal and accounting obligations, and to improve the website through aggregated statistics.

Legal basis

Processing is based on performing the tourism service you request, on compliance with legal obligations and, for browsing statistics, on your consent.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

It is shared only with the providers needed to deliver the service, such as web hosting and, where applicable, transport and services contracted during the experience.

How long we keep it

We keep booking data for as long as needed to deliver the service and afterwards for the periods required by Peruvian accounting and tax rules.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, cancellation or object to the processing of your data, under Peruvian Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733.
