1. Who we are

TocmoTours Aventura is a tour operator based in Chiclayo (Lambayeque, Peru) running nature and adventure experiences in the district of Tocmoche.

2. Bookings

Bookings are requested through the website by choosing a package, a departure date and the number of travellers. A place is confirmed once our team validates the payment receipt.

Departures run in groups of up to 15 people. Once a date is full it stops appearing as available in the calendar.

We recommend booking at least one day in advance.

The departure time is shown when you pick a date and repeated in the confirmation email. The meeting point is Paradero Tocmoche; arrive fifteen minutes early.

3. Prices and age rates

Prices are shown in Peruvian soles (S/) per person and include what is listed on each package page.

Children under 5 travel free and do not take a place. Ages 5 to 8 pay a reduced rate. From age 9 the adult rate applies.

Prices may change; the price shown when the booking is confirmed is the one that applies.

4. Payments

Payment is made by bank transfer or digital wallet and is evidenced by uploading the receipt during the booking process.

Until the receipt is validated the booking stays pending and the place is not guaranteed.

5. Changes and cancellations

Date changes are subject to availability and should be requested by WhatsApp as early as possible.

TocmoTours may reschedule or cancel a departure due to force majeure, adverse weather or safety reasons. In that case we will offer a new date or a refund.

TocmoTours does not issue refunds. Amounts paid are not returned under any circumstances, because transport, accommodation and meals for that departure are committed in advance.

If a traveller cannot come on the chosen date, the trip can be rescheduled for another date. To do so, message us on WhatsApp quoting your booking code; the new date is agreed between both parties and depends on the places available that day.

A request that never completes payment releases its place after 24 hours. Once the receipt is uploaded the place is held until we review the payment and confirm.

6. Traveller responsibility

Activities include adventure elements such as canopy and a Tibetan bridge. Travellers confirm they are in adequate health and agree to follow staff instructions at all times and to use the safety equipment provided.

Minors always travel under the responsibility of an accompanying adult.

7. Images

We may take photographs during the experiences for promotional use. If you prefer not to appear, tell us before departure and we will respect it.
